Artist Code of Conduct Cards
Each policy card below highlights specific standards for verified artists and studio leads.
1. KYC Verification & Authentic Portfolio
All lead artists and team members must provide valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card) and accurate profile details. You agree that all portfolio images, work experience claims, and team details represent genuine, original work executed by you or your verified team members. Presenting copied or fraudulent images from third-party sources will lead to immediate account termination.
2. Punctuality & Service Quality Standards
Artists are expected to arrive at the customer's location or venue at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled booking start time. You must exclusively use 100% natural, skin-safe, organic chemical-free henna cones. Chemical dyes or harmful synthetic stains are strictly prohibited.
3. Booking Integrity & Direct Payment Policy
All client inquiries, bookings, and payments initiated through MehSang must be completed within the MehSang platform. Requesting direct offline cash payments, exchanging personal contact numbers to bypass platform fees, or soliciting MehSang clients for independent bookings is strictly forbidden and results in permanent deactivation.
4. Cancellation, No-Show & Penalties
Unexcused artist no-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of appointment) cause severe disruption to clients. Repeated unexcused cancellations will incur monetary penalties deducted from wallet payouts and may result in temporary or permanent profile suspension.
5. Payouts & Settlement Policy
Earnings for completed bookings are credited to your MehSang Artist Wallet immediately after client confirmation. Settlements are transferred directly to your verified bank account according to the standard payout schedule (weekly or on-demand request, subject to platform minimum payout thresholds).
6. Safety, Respect & Professional Hygiene
Artists must maintain high standards of personal hygiene, clean tools, and professional attire. Respect client privacy, property, and society entry rules at all times. MehSang maintains zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct.
