MehSang Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of MehSang's website, mobile application, and related professional mehndi services. By creating an account, booking a service, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

MehSang acts as a platform for discovering, booking, coordinating, and supporting professional mehndi services. Service availability, artist assignment, and booking options can vary by location, date, and operational requirements.

You must provide accurate, current information and protect your account credentials and OTPs. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for ensuring that you have authority to provide booking or service-recipient information.

We may suspend or restrict accounts where information is inaccurate, activity is fraudulent or unsafe, or these Terms are violated.

A booking is subject to availability and confirmation. You should provide accurate event date, time, service address, package, guest count, design preferences, and contact details. Changes, additional guests, additional services, or special requirements may affect availability and price.

Assigned artists and teams are expected to provide services professionally. You must provide a safe, respectful, and reasonably accessible service environment. We may take appropriate action where a booking cannot be completed because of unsafe conditions, incorrect information, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Prices, deposits, payment schedules, and available payment methods are shown during the booking process or otherwise communicated to you. Payments may be processed by authorised third-party payment providers.

Cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and any applicable charges are governed by the booking information and the applicable cancellation, rescheduling, refund, payment, and pricing policies. A refund is not guaranteed where a service has been delivered or a charge is valid under the applicable policy or law.

You must not misuse the Services, interfere with the Platform, submit unlawful or infringing content, harass or endanger artists, attempt fraud, or use MehSang-provided information for unauthorised purposes. You must not improperly bypass the Platform for bookings initiated through it.

You retain responsibility for material you upload or provide. You confirm you have the required rights and permissions to provide it for the requested Service.

You may submit truthful, lawful reviews and feedback. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our policies.

You agree that MehSang may send transaction, booking, service, security, and support communications using the contact information you provide. Promotional communications are handled according to your applicable preferences.

MehSang's name, branding, Platform, and related content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

To the extent permitted by law, MehSang is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent fraud, or enforce these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will show its last-updated date. Continued use after an update is subject to the updated Terms where permitted by law.
