Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Mehsang platform. These terms govern your use of our website and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Mehsang platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Booking Policy
All bookings made through Mehsang are subject to artist availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message or email from Mehsang. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in unforeseen circumstances.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment receive a 100% refund. Within 48 hours and before the artist starts riding, a 10% cancellation fee applies; if no payment was made, the fee is deducted from the customer wallet. Customer cancellation is unavailable after the artist starts riding.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. No refunds will be issued for completed services or last-minute cancellations (within 12 hours of appointment).
5. Artist Code of Conduct
All Mehsang artists are expected to arrive on time, behave professionally, use quality mehndi materials, and deliver the agreed design to the best of their ability. Any misconduct should be reported to us immediately.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are expected to provide accurate booking details, be available at the scheduled time and location, and treat artists with respect. Mehsang reserves the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Mehsang platform, including designs, images, logos, and text, is the property of Mehsang or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mehsang acts as a platform connecting customers with artists and is not directly responsible for the quality of the service provided. However, we are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
